Tom,

Right. It is being actively developed, but is not there yet. We're doing our best to improve it.

Hi

Great software but don't you have more documentation - like how do you run the GUI and other commands.

<a href="#comment-6" rel="nofollow">@Kamlesh Bhatt</a>
Kamlesh,

Thanks for your offer. Let me add some info here as it is a repeatable situation. As the statement above says - There is no official admission to the project. This is a totally open project. However I can't make one a member based on his/her introduction as it is a matter of achievements not my ad hoc decision. Basically if you have already digged the website and you know what it is about, you have checked out the code, imported to an IDE and you feel you could start
creative playing with that - this is actually kind of start . If you tackle some task and finally have some code to commit I'll gladly give you permission to commit. That's how you can become a member. Like you can see it is more in your
hands than in mine. People tend to start with asking me to let them join
and there is nothing to ask for :) If you can do something you are
automatically accepted. On the other hand if you can't we may exchange emails endlessly with no concrete outcome.

Hi,

I am a java developer willing to contribute in this project with the expectation to get opportunity to learn new technologies. Let me know if you find me suitable to work in this project.

Thanks,
Kamlesh B.

<a href="#comment-3" rel="nofollow">@citrucel</a>

Hi citrucel,

The scope is not strictly defined. It is not a static, closed feature set. Storage functionality is essential of course. See the presentation in Docs section to get some sense of it. The best docs is code itself :) It is also worth looking at the task list https://apps.sourceforge.net/trac/subrecord/report/1 (you need SF account)

Hi,

I am interested by your project. I read the description and was curious about the scope and would like to find more. How can we help?
